Aquaculture in Action Educational Resource
This web-based educational resource includes seven fact sheets (in both English and Māori) designed to provide students with meaningful social sciences and science learning opportunities. To bring the fact sheets into the classroom the resource also includes a teacher’s guide and how the resource links to the New Zealand Curriculum.
The lesson plans were developed for Years 7 through 10. The plans were created to assist teachers in helping students investigate and learn about aquaculture, as well as its impact on our economy and our environment.
